What is Taz?

Taz is your personal STEM simulations engine. Ask Taz a question in your own words and get a clear explanation, then learn by doing: interactive 3D science labs, code experiments and long-running projects across physics, chemistry, biology, Earth and space, and maths. Messages are automatically checked before and after the AI answers, common personal details are removed, and parents set the limits for children. Paid plans are there for anyone who wants more.
Who Taz is for
- Anyone curious about STEM, adults and children alike, who wants to see an idea move: change a setting, predict, test and measure.

Accounts are created by a parent, guardian or other adult, and a child uses Taz with that adult's consent.
What you can do on Taz
- Ask anything you are curious about. Taz the elephant explains in plain language, and you can use sliders to shape how Taz talks.
- Explore 3D science labs. Pendulums, circuits, magnets, lenses, the solar system, volcanoes, cells and many more, each a real 3D scene where you predict, test and measure. See every lab.
- Turn a sketch into physics. Draw a pencil sketch and Taz stands it up as a wooden 3D model that moves.
- Make games, 3D worlds and web pages. In the Maker Studio you code with snap-together blocks, Python or JavaScript, remix ready games, build 3D worlds and obstacle courses, and share what they make by link. Everything runs in the browser, with nothing to install. See the Maker Studio.
- Build projects. Workspaces keep chats and work together for longer projects.
- Earn badges for learning milestones.
Safety on Taz
Messages are automatically checked for harmful topics before they reach the AI, and answers are checked again before a child sees them. Common personal details such as phone numbers and addresses are removed first. Children can report any message, Taz suggests a break after 60 minutes, and parents can set time and question limits and block topics. No filter is perfect, so we recommend an adult stays involved.
