Taz is an online service. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Delivery of paid plans
A paid plan is delivered digitally to your Taz account at aitaz.com. It is usually active within a few minutes of a successful payment, and at most within 24 hours. You receive a confirmation on screen, and Razorpay sends a payment receipt.
Shipping charges
There are no shipping or delivery charges. The price shown on Plans and pricing plus GST is the full price.
If your plan is not active
If your plan is not active 24 hours after payment, write to contact@aitaz.com with the payment date and the Razorpay reference. We will activate it or refund the payment under our Cancellation and Refunds policy.
