Yes. The Starter plan is free forever — no credit card required. You can build your store, add products, customize your theme, and test everything before you commit to a paid plan. You only need to upgrade when you want a custom domain and real payment processing.
Upgrading is instant. Your store, products, and customizations carry over. Payment processing and your custom domain activate immediately. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard.
The Growth plan has a 2% transaction fee on top of your payment processor's fees. The Scale plan reduces this to 0.5%. The Starter plan does not process payments (test mode only). Payment processor fees (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.) are separate and charged directly by the provider.
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. If you cancel, your store reverts to the Starter plan — your products and content are preserved, but custom domain and payment processing are deactivated.
Yes. Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch to annual billing at any time from your billing settings.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking via Razorpay. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET 30 terms.
